The Former Dawg heads to The Pond 

WELLAND - Niagara's Greatest Show, the Welland Jackfish, announced today that they have agreed to terms with infielder, Brendan Luther for the upcoming 2025 season.

The Mississauga, Ontario native joins the Fish following his college career at Bellevue University in New England. In two years with the Bruins, Luther recorded a .374 average with 16 doubles, 1 triple and 11 home runs in 75 games played. The former Okotoks Dawg, spent three seasons in the WCBL, recording a career .362 average.

Last summer with the Dawgs, Brendan recorded a .368 average with 14 doubles, 3 home runs and 29 RBI over 37 games played. Named the Dawgs Top Canadian in 2024, Brendan was also named to the 2024 Western Collegiate Baseball League West Team All-Stars and the 2024 WCBL First Team All-Stars at infielder.
